As a result of this, each week we bring you a concise roundup of news from America.

This week we have new music from Chiodos, Manchester Orchestra, The Used, Finch, The Menzingers and Cloud Nothings.

Pixies have announced ‘Indie Cindy’, the band’s first full studio album since 1991’s ‘Trompe le Monde’. The album will be released
on 28th April on the band’s own independent label, Pixiesmusic.

Yellowcard have announced that they have recruited drummer Nate Young, of Anberlin, to play drums on their new album.

Emery will launch a crowdfunding campaign next week, Tuesday, April 1, on BadChristian.com to help support the band’s upcoming full-length,
‘You Were Never Alone’, which will be released this summer on BadChristian Music, the record label founded by Emery members Matt Carter and
Toby Morrell and former Emery bassist Joey Svendsen. ‘You Were Never Alone’ also sees the return of Emery founding member/vocalist, Devin Shelton,
and the band plans to tour in support of its upcoming sixth full-length effort.

John O’Callaghan of The Maine, Eric Halvorsen of A Rocket To The Moon, and Ryan Gose of This Century
have a new side-project called Eagles In Drag.

Vanna have entered the studio to record their debut for Pure Noise Records, and 5th full length, at the Machine Shop in NJ with Will Putney
(Stay From The Path, Northlane, Miss May I & more) for their upcoming release due out in the Summer.

Andrew Jackson Jihad have posted a new song called ‘Children of God’ taken from their
new album, ‘Christmas Island’ set for release 5th May on SideOneDummy.

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong has released a video for ‘Kentucky’
from his recent collaboration album with Norah Jones.

Kite Party will release their long awaited sophomore album, ‘Come On Wondering’ on May 6th via Animal Style Records.
