Alter Bridge have announced plans to release a joint live and rarities album. ‘Live At The O2 Arena + Rarities’ will be released through Napalm Records on September 8th. Disc one and two captures the band’s show at The O2 in London last November, with the third disc being made up of previously unreleased songs and material that has only been available in select markets.It will be available as a standard 3 CD set, CD/DVD and 4x LP vinyl.

Festival News

The ArcTanGent Festival have added Ho99o9 and Shitwife to this summers line-up. In additional news, the festival has announced its first ever acoustic stage which will see performances take place between 11pm and 2am. Names announced to perform on the stage so far are: Her Name is Calla, Steve Strong, IORA, Penelope Isles, Circe’s Diner, Jasper Storey, Dottie, Maella, Atlas Wynd, Maddy Gregory, Orchards, No Violet, Fur, Living Body and New Luna.

The clashfinder for the ArcTanGent Festival has also been released.

Four Year Strong, The One Hundred, Red Fang, and Red Sun Rising are amongst the names to be announced for the Firestone Tires Stage at next weekend’s Download Festival.

Puppy and The One Hundred are amongst the latest names to be announced for the Bloodstock Festival. The other new names are Florence Black, Eradikator, Morass Of Molasses, Ramage Inc., Gurt, The Infernal Sea and Wind Rose.

The clashfinder for the 2000 Trees Festival has been revealed.

The likes of Dead Kennedys, Ho99o9, HECK, Puppy, Hacktivist and Petrol Girls are amongst the names to be announced for the Earache Records Express at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

The day splits for next month’s UK Tech-Metal Fest have been announced. Headlining Friday are The Black Dahlia Murder, Saturday headliners are Textures. While Chelsea Grin are the early bird Thursday headliners, with Sunday’s headliner still TBA.
