This weekend is Banquet Records 10th Birthday and to celebrate the occasion they’re inviting fans/customers to share their Banquet-related through social media using the hashtag #bnqt10.
The Kingston-based shop made the following comment:
“Sunday 8th February marks 10 YEARS since we bought a record shop on the brink of going bust and Banquet as we know it was born.
To mark a decade of 10 Years Of Memories, we’re inviting you to share your Banquet-related memories via twitter, facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #bnqt10. This can be when you queued up for that record, when you met that pop-star, crowd-surfed at that gig, or when you met the one at a New Slang night, whatever takes your fancy.
We’ve got 10 sets of £10 vouchers for the posts that touch us the most, a few money-can’t-buy treasures from test presses to merch to gig tickets (we won’t say what they are tho in case it sways your posts) and one winner will get the £10 voucher plus every piece of the 10 year merch shown at bnqt.co/10yearsofmerch.
