With their eight studio album set to be released on November 10th, Foo Fighters have announced their TV series documenting the making of ‘Sonic Highways’ will be broadcast in the UK through BBC Four and BBC iPlayer.
The series will start on BBC Four on Sunday 26 October. Episodes one and two will broadcast on BBC Four, episodes three to six will be on the BBC iPlayer and the final two episodes will broadcast on BBC Four.
The show is directed by frontman Dave Grohl and sees the band chronicle the writing and recording of a song for the album of the same name, each in a different American musical landmark – Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Nashville, New Orleans, New York, Seattle, Washington, D.C.
